For the Women Who have it together. Mostly.
You're really good at your life. So, why doesn't it feel like it?
You built the career. Raised the kids. Kept the relationships going. Handled the appointments, the problems, the plans, and approximately 4,000 other things nobody even knows you did.
You know how to get it done. You just aren’t sure what you want to anymore.
You don’t need to blow up your life. (Unless of course you want to.) No TikTok face creams, no moving to Cost Rica. You don’t need another podcast telling you to prioritize yourself. And you definitely don’t need a morning routine that starts at 5 a.m. You just need a place to figure out what actually fits who you are right now.
That’s where My Era starts.

OKAy, but what Is it?
So...what is My Era?
My Era is for women who are really good at figuring things out for everyone else and suddenly realize they have no idea what they want for themselves.
We talk.
We figure out what’s actually going on. What still fits. What doesn’t. What you’re doing because you want to and what you’re doing because somewhere along the way you decided you should.
Then we do something about it.
You don’t need to blow up your life, quit your job, move to Italy, or discover your “highest self.” We start with figuring out what would make Tuesday 10% better.
In short
We have options: We met where you're at and go from there: This is real life. Let’s work with the one you actually have.

Sound Familiar?
You may be ready to embrace My Era if...
You’ve spent years building a career, raising a family, supporting the people around you, leading teams, solving problems, and generally being the person who can handle it. And lately you’ve caught yourself thinking things like:
-
“I should be happier than I am.”
-
“I don’t even know what I want anymore.”
-
“Why am I so irritated by literally everything?”
-
“I worked really hard for this life. Why doesn’t it feel better?”
-
“I know something needs to change. I just have no idea what.”
-
"I hate Mondays soooo much."
Or my personal favorite:
-
“I’m fine.”
To be clear, you probably are fine. We’re not here because your life is falling apart. We’re here because “fine” doesn’t have to be the goal.

BeCause "Let's talk about it" isn't the finish line
We can talk about your feelings... but we're also getting sh*t done.
Sometimes you need a place to say the thing you haven’t said out loud yet.
Good. Say it. We’ll talk about it.
We’ll probably ask why a few times.
We may discover that the thing driving you absolutely insane isn’t actually about the thing you thought it was about.
That matters. But the conversation isn’t the finish line.
The point is to understand yourself well enough to make decisions that support the life you want to have.
This isn’t therapy, it's not pretending to be.
Therapy and coaching can both be incredibly valuable. They just have very different jobs. My Era is focused on action, where you are now and what you want to do next. You bring the messy thoughts, I bring the let's get it done.
-
The “this sounds stupid, but...”
-
The thing you’ve been thinking about for six months.
-
The decision you keep avoiding.
-
The vague feeling that something is off even though you can’t explain why.
All of those are perfect My Era material. We’ll talk it through, figure out what’s actually underneath it, and decide what you want to do with that information. You don’t need to show up knowing the answer.
That’s kind of the point.
That was a bit harsh

Choose what fits right now.
So, Where do I start?
You don’t need to know whether you need “coaching.” Start with the problem you’re trying to solve.

Girl - I'm a hot mess too.
We'll figure it out together.
One more thing...
Hey, you! I'm CheIsey, the Founder, and Doer-of-all-things My Era. I want you to know: I see you, and I've been there, or at least close to there...probably.
I spent years being really good at figuring things out. I built a career in product and strategy, led teams, solved messy problems. I burn dinners, sit in the school car line, manage approximately 47 calendars, and became very good at being the person everyone could count on.
Then at some point, the problem I couldn’t quite solve was my own life. Nothing was horribly wrong. I wasn’t falling apart. I had just changed, and the life I had worked really hard to build didn’t fit quite the same way anymore.
And figuring out what did fit was a lot harder than I expected. That experience, combined with years of turning complicated problems into practical next steps, became My Era.
Now I love what I do. I get to work with other women, who are doing the same as me. And we figure it out together. We talk through what’s actually going on, figure out what matters now, and make real decisions about what comes next.
No perfect answers required. We’ll figure it out together. If you have questions, please reach out. I'll answer or at least try to connect you with someone who can!
